„Security Project” of technological system.
„Security Project” is an additional document, involved for revealing possibilities of complex organizational and technical solutions of protecting installation against explosion, according to 94/9/EC(ATEX 100) and 99/92/EC (ATEX 137) directives.
Presented „Security Project” is an integral part of the documentation of process safety, covered by ATEX directive and is a supplement for Risk Assessment and EPD documentation.
Polish law introduces an obligation of objects and outer areas classification, in terms of explosion risk. Currently Atex 100 i Atex 137 directives are in force
1. 99/92/WE/ATEX 137 Directive
According to ATEX directive and regulation of the Polish Minister of Economy, from 8 July 2010 (on the minimum requirements, concerning occupational safety and health, related to the potential workplace explosive atmosphere ((Dz.U. 2010 nr 138 poz. 931))
2. 94/9/WE/ATEX 100 Drective
According to ATEX directive and regulation of the Polish Minister of Economy, from 22 December 2005 (on the fundamental requirements for both protective units and systems, designed for employing in zones endangered of explosion (Dz. U. Nr 263, poz. 2203)).
The rules of zones qualification is defined by Polish Ministry of the Interior and Administration, from 7 July 2010 (Dz. U. Nr 109, poz. 719).
