Explosion Isolation Valve I-Flex 

A valve acts through compressed air insufflating, what provides pipe cross-section tightening, so the explosion cannot spread.

Insulating/decoupling safeguard unit is activated by overpressure or optical detection and panel rupture, equipped with rupture sensor.

As the explosion goes off, the server transfer the data to valve, which tightens a pipe cross-section, under the influence of compressed air (the rubber insert, installed at pipeline).

The system’s reactivation can be conducted by Clients themselves and needn’t Corona’s service operation.

The valve is also available in hygienic edition, dedicated to food and pharmaceutical industry, where pneumatic transport generates hazard.
