Underwater strand pelletizing systems with vertical strand guide section M-USG-V, giving a performance of up to 14 tons per hour, will preferably be used for pelletizing styrene (GPPS, HIPS, ABS, SAN), acrylic (PMMA) polymers and to a certain extent also for polyesters (PET). On individual request other polymers may also apply.

High quality system for underwater strand pelletizing.
Underwater strand pelletizings systems P-USG , capable of throughputs up to 2600 kg/h, will be used for recycling applications and for production runs at limited throughput level. Material selection includes polyesters (PET, PBT), polyamides (PA 6, PA 6.6), polycarbonates (PC), styrene polymers, acrylics and copolymers, as well as other materials on individual request.
